A psychological barrier that impacts people from achieving a specific talent and thoughts is a mental block. Being stuck in a mental rut is highly uncomfortable, and it may have a negative impact on your career life and your personal connections, such as relationships. Many things can cause you to feel stuck in your thinking, from over analysing everything to having too many tasks on your head. Separate your work for tiny projects.

Breaking down your projects into smaller portions and activities is one of the most effective strategies to overcome a mental block at work. For example, using a basic list, table, or easily achievable data charts, helps you break down your projects.
