How Can I Live My Life To The Fullest: Life Coach Answers
“We are visitors on this planet. We are here for ninety or one hundred years at the very most. During that period, we must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives. If you contribute to other people’s happiness, you will find the true goal, the true meaning of life.” – Dalai Lama
Are you living your life to the fullest? If you were given the chance to watch how your life has progressed all over the years, will you able to say that you’re contented and fulfilled? We are constantly searching for the ultimate answer to what life is all about. The twists and turns we encounter provide us bits and pieces, but we always feel the gap in between. We try to listen to our inner knowing and often we hear the voice coming from strong external forces. These external forces trigger the innate kindness to each one us; we know we are living our life to the fullest when we contain warm-heartedness and expand the warm space for others to share on. Now another question arises: how do we extend concern to others?
The purpose of life lies within a deep sense of passion and conviction. It digs into the inner wisdom that an individual possesses but is not consciously aware of. Living our life to the fullest does not necessarily equate to positivity but being mindful of both the positivity and negativity.
The Vision is the most important thing that makes the most out of our lives. It’s an internal image of what we want for our life. It’s part of our inner guidance system. It drives our energy, our thoughts, our wants and needs and our choices. Connecting to that source of knowing would let us know how to extend the worth in the added years in our life.
Transformational coaching focuses on individuality; it brings out our strengths, values, dreams and inner resources that we can create from within. It acknowledges criticism and build betterment based on what are commonly perceived as ‘flaws’. Finding ways to train yourself allows you to view life in different perspective that will convey clarity, direction and purpose to our life. The more you take in charge, the more you become conscious of your decisions. These decisions will lead to living life to its content as we become best of ourselves and share the experience to others.
